I’m not sure if you remember but a couple of months ago, my black Maje leather jacket got stolen. I’ve loved the jacket for so many reasons, but most of all because it was a birthday present from my parents a few years ago. It was the very first time that someone has stolen something from me. For some of you this might sound incredible weird, but I was in proper shock and in absolute disbelief for days. I just couldn’t believe someone would grab my leather jacket and run off. Plus, proper leather jackets can be so expensive and are definitively not a cheap investment. So, I decided to take a few weeks to do some research on how to find the best leather jacket. How I concluded? The right one should be a bit of a biker jacket, yet still classy and have the softest leather….
- All Saints “Balfern” – … and where did I find it? At All Saints. It’s the perfect one. It’s biker, yet not too over the top. It’s not particular a craving anymore since I’ve ordered it last week and have worn it ever since. I feel it’s a great piece for the transition season and super easy to even wear with slightly dressier looks.
- Gucci Marmot – This beauty of a bag is currently an evergreen on my cravings (see last week’s here). Let’s take a minute and appreciate how pretty that bag is. Black velvet. Golden details. I really need to start a “Hello Gucci – I love you”-savings account.
- Acne Studios sweater – It got incredible cold in the last couple of weeks, with temperatures dropping to just 6°C at night. I guess it’s safe to say that sweater weather is back. I love big chunky sweaters and this Acne Studios one is just sooo amazing: v-neck, slighty oversized and light grey.
- Le Specs oversized sunnies – Is there any look complete without the right pair of sunnies? Do not think so. I love these super big sunnies from Le Specs. You never know but I might need to order them very soon…
