Back in London and about to leave for Germany, Paris already feels like a lifetime ago! Today, I want to share some last pictures with you and sum up my personal city hotspots that I would visit again in an instant and recommand to everyone. So here is my Paris Travel Diary: ready, set, go!
L’Avenue = Can you think of a better way to start your trip as with a healthy lunch and a glass of bubbly while starring at the beautiful Eiffel Tower? Right – there is none! So get ready and hit L’avenue, eat & drink, do some people watching and go get the feeling of being in Paris!
When I’m planning a trip, I search for inspiration on social media – especially on Instagram (@vicko_m) and this is how I found out about this fun installation at Le Palais Royal since I was browsing around to find some nice places in Paris. We took these pictures on our last night right before dinner and they turned out to be my favorite ones from that short getaway!
Blogger’s tend to show some pieces of clothes only once on their blogs what I think is absolutely bizarre. Fashion can get so interesting and it’s so much fun trying to combine a piece of clothes completely different than when worn for the first time. That’s why I decided to bring this jumpsuit to the blog once again. Remember this combination? Doesn’t it look completely different worn in that way? Wishing you all a great weekend & don’t forget to stay hydrated, peeps! The heat wave in London is cray cray!
I don’t know why but my family traveling always involves loads of amazing food. It doesn’t matter if we talk about the most perfect gelato in Italy (which you most certainly find in Verona by the way), about street food in Asia or a nice juicy burger in the States. If you check out my Berlin posts you’ll notice that most of the posts involve food as well – in my opinion food is one of the best ways to explore a city or country! And before we left for Paris, The Peninsula invited me to try one of their restaurants. Obviously if a glamorous hotel invites you over you don’t say no, right?
So on Friday afternoon, I took my mom and off we trotted – heading towards The Peninsula. You’ll know you are there as soon as you see the amazing car park in front of the main entrance: some BMWs, some Bentleys and one old-timer Rolls Royce. But for now, enough of the talking! Step in with me into the breathtaking The Peninsula Paris!
